January 5-9, 1987:
Jarrett saved Sloane, who realized that he's the real Baxter McCandless. Mark and Colton killed one another in a shootout. Ali learned that Mark and Colton were responsible for Yasmeen's assassination. Crawford told Angelica that he wants big bucks to get out of her life. Clarissa rejected Baxter, who suggested a recociliation. Tracy checked herself out of the rehab center.
January 12-16, 1987:
Crawford forced Angelica to give him more money. Meredith told Dylan she loves him. Baxter asked Wally to help him reconcile with Clarissa. Sloane and Ali went off to a secluded cabin where he proposed. Kelly worried about a missing Tracy, who planned to get her daughter back.
January 19-23, 1987:
Sam ended his affair with Kate but insisted she continue to work for Myrna. Sloane accepted Ali's proposal. Crawford forced Angelica to give him a diamond earring and ordered her to steal from the Cleggs. After a welfare worker refused to reunite her with her daughter, Tracy bought drugs.
January 26-30, 1987:
Meredith discovered she's pregnant with D.J.'s baby and went into hiding. Kelly found Tracy, who died from a drug overdose. Meredith split after Dylan proposed marriage. Under pressure from Crawford, Angelica stole a broach from Myrna.
February 2-6, 1987:
Sam's first wife Laureen snapped out of her catatonic state after being confined to a sanitarium for 30 years. Trey caught Angelica stealing from the Cleggs. Angelica admitted Crawford is her legal husband and he's blackmailing her. Thomas agreed to make amends with Baxter. Dylan searched for Meredith.
February 9-13, 1987:
Ali and Sloane were married. Trey refused to submit to Crawford's blackmail demands, then told the press that he's annulling his marriage to Angelica, who's a bigamist. After finding Meredith, Dylan convinced her that he really loves her. Meredith accepted Dylan's marriage proposal.
February 16-20, 1987:
Abdullah's terrorists captured Ali before he could honeymoon with Sloane. Amos schemed to get Laureen out of the mental hospital. Thomas and Kelly slept together. Jordy realized that Carol, the chauffeur's daughter, would be perfect for his magazine cover. Sloane ruled Baracq in Ali's absence. Leanne uncovered Kate and Sam's affair then tumbled down the stairs during a violent confrontation with her sister.
February 23-27, 1987:
After Kate arranged the fall to look like a drunken accident, Jordy discovered Leanne's dead body at the foot of the stairs. Jeffery and Baxter hunted for Matt McCandless, who is really Ali's brother Prince Marim and rightful heir to the throne of Baracq. Jeffery revealed that Octopus wants Matt dead. Amos and Laureen moved in together after he forged a letter authorizing her transfer from the hopsital. A guilty Kate was tormented by visions of Leanne.
March 2-6, 1987:
Meredith announced her pregnancy to Brenda. Meredith and Dylan married and moved to Boston. Trey convinced the Stringfellow Physician's Panel to reject Thomas' artificial heart project. Baxter and Jeffery searched frantically for Matt, who is researching a primitive tribe in Africa. Sloane read a newspaper story in which Abdullah vowed to kill her. Paula urged Sloane to leave Baracq, but Sloane vowed to fight in Ali's name.
March 9-13, 1987:
Jeffrey and Baxter located Matt, who was almost murdered. Hubert attempted to smuggle Sloane out of Baracq. Sam deduced Kate caused Leanne's fatal fall down the stairs and threatened to tell the police if Kate doesn't move out of the Clegg estate. Kate counter-blackmailed Sam after she overheard him admit that he's Scotty's biological father. Laureen got a job cleaning offices at the Capitol and planned to see Trey for the first time in thirty years.
March 16-20, 1987:
Abdullah's army captured Sloane and Hubert. Abdullah informed Sloane that Ali is dead. Matt reunited with the McCandless family and debated whether or not to go to Baracq. Baxter and Clarissa reconciled. After his heart patient died, Thomas realized that associate Dr. Kim Park switched the artificial heart with Thomas' experimental one. Trey blackmailed Kim into destroying the memo that proved Thomas' innocence. Sam convinced the hospital board to revoke Thomas' hospital privileges. Jordy took a liking to Carol, who agreed to model for his cover shoot. Kelly stopped a despondent Thomas from taking a drink. Kate insisted Sam ask Myrna for a divorce, otherwise she'll reveal Scotty's true paternity. Trey befriended Laureen, who posed as Margaret Hansen. Amos helped Laureen get a job as Scotty's nanny. Laureen vowed to get her family back, then came face-to-face with Myrna at the Clegg estate. Sloane was found guilty of treason and sentenced to die. As the Cleggs scrambled to stop Sloane's execution, Sam stunned Myrna with his intent to divorce. An enraged Myrna declared war on Sam and ordered the children to choose sides. Sloane realized that some men in Abdullah's army are loyal to Ali. Matt arrived in Baracq and spoke to his people just as the firing squad prepared to shoot Sloane.
